Use AEC to amplify your voice

Kia ora,

Here at AEC, we're often approached by people who want to contribute their voice, and we're delighted by this! We want AEC to be a platform that gives voice to those working in the education sector.

We're also very conscious of the need to find a balance between being entirely open to any voice on any issue in education and what we hear our growing audience wants.

To support this, we've outlined below what we see as useful contributions over the next three months and invite anyone who wants to submit their ideas to reach out.

From July to September 2025, we've identified curriculum, assessment, and NCEA, along with Learning Support, Early Childhood Education, and Charter Schools as issues we want to give voice to.

We're particularly interested in how these issues impact Te Tiriti, equity, and public education.
